Page history last edited by Sarah 8 years, 6 months ago

The Arizona Administrative Register is a record of the rulemaking activities of Arizona boards and agencies.  The Register contains proposed regulations, notices, executive orders, and final regulations.

The are two main purposes of the Register.

  1. To inform the public of newly proposed regulations and plans to amend existing regulations.

  2. To inform the public of final versions of regulations.

Final regulations (aka rules) are codified into the Arizona Administrative Code.

The Register is published once a week and is available for free on the Arizona Secretary of State's website.  It is also available through WestlawNext and LexisNexis.
