Identifying Useful Keywords

How do you identify useful keywords?

Just guess! Or ask yourself what a relevant case would say!

Example:  When a judge writes an opinion involving a concept such as a short and young human, what keywords might she use?

short and young human = minor, child, kid, infant

What else?

Ask yourself what a relevant statute would say?

Example:  When a state legislature passes a law involving a concept

such as a motorized vehicle, what keywords might it use?

motorized vehicle = automobile, car, truck, motor vehicle, motorized vehicle, vehicle

What else?
